Apparently this Rosé receives battonage weekly post fermentation. There’s still very little in the way of texture on display. It’s crisp, clean and fresh. 60% Grenache, 40% Mataro
Smells of cherries, strawberry creams and raspberry with a suggestion of spice. The palate is very citrusy and simple. Lots of acid, very dry. You can slam it down easily enough but it is wholly unremarkable. 86 Average
