Sauvignon Blanc from the southerly regions of the Margaret River GI with the Semillon sourced from more central areas. Mostly tank fermented, a few batches in barrel.
Nettles, passionfruit, and lemony extension. Minor level of sweatiness. Has body and intensity. Malleable through the mid-palate then finishes crisp with thistles and a phenolic squint. 89
