Imported by Fourth Wave Wines. The grapes are sourced from the Nimes, Beziers and Aude Valley regions of Southern France. It’s fruit forward with a moderate level of spiciness. A touch confected and sweet but there is a grilled meat counterpoint on the back-palate.
Glossy, jubey berries. Maybe a hint of soil. Basic flavours and structure with drying strands of tannin to close. Oak is barely noticeable. It gets the job done and at a more than fair price. 88
