An entry-level Riesling from Wines by KT, drinking very well in its youth I might add. That’s not say it won’t age but fine acid and a lilt of fruit sweetness make it quite approachable right now. It’s sourced entirely from the dry-grown Peglidis vineyard in Watervale, postcode 5452. Pop over to website. It’s freakin’ awesome with Google earth maps and all the info you can shake a stick at.
Some lovely white florals, lemonade, chalk, star fruit and nashi pear. Good intensity and a softly textured yet dry finish which lingers. Sessionable and comely. No need to write a book about it, just get stuck in. 91
