elefante blancoA blend of 50% Macabeo, 40% Verdejo and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Goes well for the dollars and has a fair amount of interest.

Stonefruit, assorted tropicals nudging pineapple and some significant briney qualities. Grassy more than herbaceous. A few slices of cut green apple freshening it up. Convivial and creamy in the mouth. Sweet fruity flavour rounds out any bumps and salinity balances the palate. You can’t go far wrong at the price. 89
