Well, this is just exquisite. The best Cliff Edge ever made and a ridiculous bargain even at full tote. If you like cool climate Shiraz then back up the truck when it hits the shelves. Lighter bodied and more delicate than previous releases – extremely floral with plenty of blue fruited highlights accompanying dark cherry and a subtle plum bass line.
Regional white pepper yes, but it sits amongst an array of spice. Assorted forest and pine notes. Flows without interruption as it approaches an exhaustive and slightly flinty finish. Feather-stroke tannins complete a refined and feline wine displaying haunting nuance and captivating character. 95 Excellent – Exceptional
