2010 X by Xabregas Spencer Syrah

imageI’m late to the party on these Xabregas Great Southern Syrahs but the quality is very high and they both have an X-factor.

Seductive, silky mouthfeel. Gunsmoke, deli meats, blackberries, fennel seeds and dark cherries. Sanguine, dried herb finish. Luscious and gorgeous, oh what a hunk of muscle. Call out the National Guard. Excellent spread of tactile, graphite tannin providing rails for the flavours. Terrific gear. 94

  1. knoxinus says:

Did u try the Figtree? Very Croze Hermitage-y.

  2. Sadly was only sent the three reviewed via distributor. After tasting them I’m certainly keen to see more. Impressive.
