Is it me or is the current wave of enthusiasm for Sicilian reds not quite matched by that shown for Sicilian whites? Imported by Fourth Wave Wine.
Smells pretty much like eating a green apple by the sea. Brine. Lime over apples on the palate. A suggestion of something more tropical. Refreshing but the acidity is sheathed. Friction is a touch unyielding on the back-palate and there’s not a great deal of length but otherwise it’s all systems go. 87
