Leaner and more linear than the Adelaide Hills model yet still has some creaminess.
Orchard fruits, sourdough, melon and nougat with a wheat germ aftertaste. A strong line of acid and good mineral presence but…the oak sits firm and heavy in the wine. I wouldn’t say it’s entirely balanced and would prefer to see less of it myself. 90
