It’s not inexpensive but it is extremely good. Precession, detail, persistence.
Struck match sulphides, white flowers, stonefruit and honeydew melon moving into lemon and almonds on the back-palate. Lovely flavours and aromas certainly but what sets this apart is the pebbly minerality which underlines the wine. It imparts a sense of purity and sweeps through the finish in a rather magnificent manner. A Chardonnay of true finesse. I love it now but it should age beautifully. 95
