It’s wines like this that will breathe new life into the Langhorne Creek region. Whole berries, wild yeast, pressed to old puncheons for three months. Unfined and unfiltered.
Spicy as all heck. Abundant plums and blackberries with juicy blue fruited highlights. Nippy acidity yet it’s in tune with the flavours. Nuances of potpourri, chocolate and earth. Assertive, tightly knit tannin. Not much more than medium-bodied. Give it a swirl in a decanter then have at it. 91

Delicious wine – tasted pre bottling and looked a cracker. A big watch on this label with more interesting things to come.
I’ve been impressed with what I’ve seen so far. Hopefully a bright future ahead.
