It’s slippery and tannic, floral and spicy. Underneath a thick veil of cedary chocolate oak are echoes of stonefruit, blackberry and mulberry. Seasoning in the way of ginger, pepper and anise. A little jammy all up. Feels clipped and unconvincing. 86
