A fruit forward and pristine Sauvignon Blanc with just a little extra complexity generated by 5% new French oak. From the Terre à Terre team of Lucy Croser and Xavier Bizot.
Quite a shy nose, a world away from the pungency of its Marlborough siblings. Lemon citrus and grass over gooseberry and cut herbs. A little blackberry leaf intrigue. Attractive aromas. Quite crunchy but not without sublte textural elements. A hell of a lot more carry through the back-palate than we generally encounter in Australian Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a complete package and one to look out for as warmer days beset us. 91
