Made by Keppel Smith using grapes from a neighbouring vineyard I believe. It has its author’s stamp. The name translates to “younger brother”.
A prominent oak chassis. Nutty and cheesy with white stonefruits, aniseed, beeswax and alpine herbs. Layered, wild and powerful with a mouthfilling middle section and good, spicy persistence. Increasingly vinous and savoury as it opens up. Compelling. 92 Very Good
