Sangiovese is so well suited to Rosé. A portion of this saw time in French hogsheads and that’s helped create a malleable mouthfeel which sheathes structured, nimble acidity.
Fresh red cherry and raspberry, a pinch of dried oregano and some ruby grapefruit. It flows smoothly and without interruption. The interplay between sweeter fruit flavour and savoury characters is bang on, while a hint of spice and grip wrap things up on a dry note. Moreish. 90 Good
