2010 De Bortoli La Bossa Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

Generic, weekday red. Confected fruits, pumped up acidity and little in the way of form or shape. In other words, easy to slug back without thought. In fact the best way to drink it is thoughtlessly. It doesn’t really stand up to any scrutiny.

If you’re after something decent, step up to the (only sightly more expensive) Windy Peaks or Deen De Bortoli Vat Series wines. You’ll be doing yourself a favour. 84 Average

  1. GW says:

    Nice packaging.

  2. Better than what’s inside.

  3. Regularly see the De Borts truck parked near home with the La Bossa branding on the tautliner – it would seem The Coffee Club get through heaps of it.
