Chalk, slate, lime and lemon. Stern stuff. Transports me back to a primary school classroom where a teacher rejected a student’s apple. She might have accepted the odd flower or two though. This wine is straighter than a line. No deviation from its purpose on entry. Insistent hammering home of its message. You will learn about the essence of Eden Valley Riesling. Excellent
