Fruit from Galli Estate’s Camelback vineyard is used to make a Nebbiolo of some largesse. Wild ferment, matured entirely in used oak.
It smells of raspberries, bitumen, cherries and leather. Raisined notes on a palate structured by angular acidity and sandpaper tannins which lack a bit of sophistication. Nuances of red earth, orange peel and dried oregano. 88
