Cherries, charcoal, darker berry fruits, dried herbs and raspy tannin. Some raw meat ‘rusticity’ but it’s not too off putting as an aroma or flavour. The back-palate feels a touch metallic and stripped though, especially after the depth of fruit which precedes it. I’d drink it sooner rather than later. 87
