A blend of declassified fruit from Rioja. 95% Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha. Imported by Fourth Wave Wines.
I struggled with it and will be interested to see how it is viewed by others. During my tasting it seemed to lack intensity, coming across as two-dimensional and somewhat dilute. Tart and sour fruits didn’t really mesh for me and it lacked conviction through the back-palate. 87
