2012 Snake + Herring Dirty Boots Cabernet Sauvignon

snake herring csGrapes come the Yallingup and Wilyabrup subregions of the Margaret River region. Contains a splash of Merlot and Malbec – 4% and 1% respectively.

Sweet blackberry with glints of red fruit. Not much in the way of oak static and certainly approachable in its youth. Cooking chocolate and bay leaf. Spicy with a good rack of tannin. It’s not profound but it is scrumptious. 91
