It’s probably not that surprising that you don’t hear much about Picardy’s Sauvignon Blanc Semillon given that their website doesn’t even list it amongst the wines they make. Rather strange given the quality on offer.
Flowers, spice, talc and lemon/lime citrus with grassiness far more prominent than herbs. It’s wonderfully ripe yet engagingly energetic. A nod to texture and a mere hint of passionfruit and capsicum. Great summer drinking. 91
