Sits below the Oliver’s Taranga version in the pecking order but remains a worthy Vale Fiano nonetheless.
Smell of red apples and pears, sea spray, lemon and melons. In the mouth it’s ever so slightly (and pleasantly) gelatinous with a strong briney presence that I find rather refreshing. Well situated acidity and a little grip. An enticing proposition as we head into summer. 91

Gold for this and Gold for their Chenin Blanc at the MV wine show. Olivers Fiano failed to medal. A great result for Coriole but a strange one never the less considering their both really good Fianos..?
Interesting. I stay well clear of the wine show debate these days. But they are both good Fianos, as you say Matt. I’d be happy to drink either of them.
