I’m quite fond of Margaret River and Great Southern Shiraz and this contains grapes from both regions. A little soft fruited and obvious but the execution is very good and it has some tannic form and texture. Always a big plus in Shiraz at this price point.
Smells and tastes of blackberry, bitumen, chocolate and spice with ripples of cherry. Balanced acidity, medium-bodied. Not overly sweet either. Much to like about it including the price. 90
