A blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Tastes for the world like it’s from the Margaret River although apparently there’s fruit from the Great Southern and Geographe in there as well.
Dense mulberry and blackberry, bay and gum leaf, a choc-cedar sheen and a little roast red bell pepper. Tannins are long and savoury but not aggressive. Well crafted and most enjoyable. Should go alright over the next five years. 89
