As much as I like the idea behind these new Brookland Valley Unison wines (that is, regionally focused expressions at around the twenty-dollar mark) I think the Cabernet is the only one of three that delivers the necessary price to quality ratio. The SSB is regional enough though.
Tropical Sauvignon Blanc dominance along with the accompanying herbs and capsicum. Some snow peas and a citric kick as well. There’s a bit of leesy action giving a nod to texture but it’s really just in the crisp and refreshing mould. It’s okay. 87 Average – Good
