From the Castilla-La Mancha region in central Spain. Grapes were grown 650 metres above sea level and it possesses a serious line of mineral acidity to show for it. Another terrific bargain from importer Fourth Wave Wine. Has bucketloads of character and soul.
Extremely expressive and aromatic. Almond blossom, melon, sea spray, musk and spice. Attractive sour-edged lemon on the palate and a smattering of herbs. Briney. Has some body but is crisp and lively. Serve cold, drink young. 90 Good
