Fermented in tank with light lees. Crisp but the acidity is firmly embedded in the wine.
Passionfruit, grass and straw with a bit of lemon and grapefruit cut and thrust. Some herbs and a very faint note of asparagus. Well made and refreshing. Will have an audience no doubt, even if it doesn’t reach for any great heights. 88 Good
