A simple Rosé that won’t offend many. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are used although I don’t think varietal expression is in any way a key to the wine.
There’s a boiled lolly edge to the red berries, especially on entry. A little Turkish delight, some black spice and welcome, cleansing orange accented acidity. The weight of flavour sits firmly on the front and midpalate. A nod to texture, nothing more. Goes ok. 87 Average
