Another impressive effort from Topper’s Mountain. They are fast marking themselves as a winery to watch.
You can’t mistake the variety. Aromas of turkish delight, lychees, pink musk sticks, pickled ginger, jasmine and radish. The palate has glycerol texture without any oiliness or excess fat. A fine line of acidity keeps it on track at all points. Fills out a little in the glass. A tip-top rendition of Gewürztraminer that may handle a bit of bottle age well too. 92 Very Good
