The 2011 Ten Minutes by Tractor Chardonnay lacks the length and finesse of the single vineyard offerings from the same year. Still, it offers fulsome fruit flavour, a good clip of oak and a buttery texture with cool vintage acidity slicing through all of that abundance.
Melon, nougat, lees derived characters and white peach. It’s nutty and ripe with subtle herbal notes. The oak juts out a bit at the moment but I suspect that will settle with a bit of time. An early drinker I’d say. 90 Good
