To be released tomorrow and a fine Rosé it is. Spends three months in older French oak puncheons, primarily to aid in matters of texture I’d suggest.
Straight off the bat, it smells attractive with cherry blossom, strawberry creams and a suggestion of herbs. The gentle, rounded mouthfeel sheaths a fresh, clean line of acid. Finishes long, dry and totally more-ish with just a wee bit of grip that will help it work a treat with a variety of foods. 90 Good
