José the Rosé delivers the goods again in 2011. Syrah and Pinot I think, with a little Chardonnay added at the last moment. Has dryness and palate weight, distinguishing itself from many Australian Rosés immediately.
Cherries and fennel with a leesy softness through the midpalate before acidity tweaks it tight on the finish. Citrus and herbs alongside some florals. Phenolic grip adds further complexity. So much for so little, as is usually the case with these Harem Series wines. Probably under-priced. Loved it. Very Good
