Not a long-term keeper from Bimbadgen, nor is it a great wine. It’s solid though.
Grass and herbs are a little too prominent. I would have liked to have seen more of that limey flavour take centre stage. There’s some baby pineapple bouncing around here and the acid doesn’t sit that well within the wine at the moment. Lacks a bit of intensity and focus too. There is enough softness to make it approachable now. Average
