2012 Chapel Hill Parson’s Nose Cabernet Sauvignon

20131112-102923.jpgI believe this is the first release of a Parson’s Nose Cabernet Sauvignon and it’s every bit as good as the Shiraz. Excellent drinking for sixteen bucks.

Choc-licorice bullets, blackcurrant and mulberries are the main players. A sprig of mint chimes in. Some black and brown spice and almost dusty tannin. Simple enough but the execution is difficult to fault. 90
