2013 Thomas Wines The O.C Semillon

imageIt’s a touch more upfront than the Braemore and doesn’t have quite the penetration or length but it’s a very good Semillon all the same.

Flavours centre on green apple and lemon with a touch of grass. Flirts with quinine on the back-palate. Not much, just a hint of pleasant adult bitterness. The palate is ever so slightly broader but maintains good form. Approachable enough now but probably better in time. 92
